Keep your event ticket handy

Your QueueFinder ticket helps you know when to come forward. It does not buy an event ticket or confirm your right to enter. Staff still check your event ticket at the entrance.

Join the right session

  1. Scan the QR code at the entrance or open the link your organiser has shared. Check the venue and session name, such as Friday evening performance.
  2. Enter your ticket reference (the code on your event ticket or booking email) if prompted. If groups are listed (e.g. family, tour or corporate booking), choose the group on your event ticket. Ask staff if you’re unsure which to choose.
  3. Tap Join. Keep your ticket page handy and use the same browser when you come back to it.

You do not need a customer account. The organiser may share the joining link before you arrive. Follow their arrival instructions and allow time to reach the entrance. The queue needs to be open. If it says Closed, double-check the session you selected, then ask the organiser when the queue opens.

Turn on alerts and wait nearby

Tap Enable alerts on your ticket and allow notifications when prompted.

Group progress shows how many people in your group have been called but haven’t entered yet. It’s not your position in a line.

iPhone or iPad?

Add QueueFinder to your Home Screen first, then open your ticket from there. Alerts won’t work from a regular browser tab. If your ticket is missing, return to the original browser tab and follow the ticket recovery guide below. Do not join again just to turn on alerts.

If alerts don’t work, stay near the entrance and listen for your number.

Come forward when called

  1. When your ticket says Called, read the message and where to go. The organiser may call several ticket holders together.
  2. Tap I’m on my way to let staff know you’re coming. Your ticket stays Called until staff admit you; replying does not complete entry.
  3. Show staff your event ticket at the entrance. Once they have checked it and let you in, they mark your QueueFinder ticket Admitted.

After you reply, your ticket shows when you told staff you were on your way. If a notification opens an older view, choose Refresh ticket and check the current status. Speak to staff if the instructions are unclear.

Correct a mistake or leave the queue

  1. While Waiting, open Ticket options → Edit reference or group, correct the details and choose Save changes. Once Called, ask staff to correct a mistake.
  2. If you no longer need your place, open Ticket options → Leave the queue… and confirm. This does not cancel or refund your event ticket.
  3. To join again after a ticket has finished, scan the current session QR or open its joining link while the queue is open. Ask staff before making another ticket if you’re unsure whether your first one is still active.

If something does not look right

Check the venue and session first, then tap Refresh ticket. If the QR code has been replaced or the session has ended, ask the organiser for the current link. Your ticket link is personal — don’t share it. If you lose it or miss a call, show your event ticket to staff rather than joining again.
