Print a collection QR flyer

Give customers the right code for tracking a paid order. Keep it separate from any walk-in queue QR.

  1. As an owner or manager, select the correct active, verified venue and open Collection QR.
  2. Choose Print flyer for the prepared flyer, Download QR image for your own sign, or Copy collection link to share the collection link.
  3. Place it where customers can scan after ordering and paying. Explain that they should enter the number on their receipt and enable alerts.
  4. Test the printed code on a phone. Confirm the correct venue name, enter a sample receipt number, and check that it appears in the collection dashboard.
Two modes need two clearly labelled codes

A collection QR tracks a paid order; a walk-in QR joins a service queue. At a Both-mode venue, label each sign so customers choose the right journey.

Lost or damaged flyer? Reprint it

Download or print the current code again. You do not need to reset the code just because a flyer is missing, damaged or needs a new design.

Reset only when you need to disable the old code

  1. Choose Reset collection QR code when you need old flyers and shared links to stop working.
  2. Read and confirm the reset. It creates a new code for the same venue.
  3. Replace every printed flyer and shared link with the new version, then test it.

The venue stays the same, but the collection link carries a new code. Old flyers and links no longer accept new customers. Customers already tracking an order can still use their tickets.

If order tracking is paused or the code is unavailable

Pausing does not replace the QR. Existing tickets still work and the same flyer accepts new order-tracking tickets after an owner or manager resumes tracking. Pending verification, an inactive venue, paused tracking, or collection being unavailable can prevent use. Check the dashboard before displaying the flyer.

If a browser prevents copying or printing, read the displayed message, allow the required popup or download the QR image instead.
