These terms cover QueueFinder’s public website, customer queue features and business tools. The business subscription terms below also apply when your organisation uses paid venues. A separate written agreement may apply to a specifically agreed business service.
What QueueFinder provides
QueueFinder helps you find participating businesses, view their queue information, join online where they allow it, and follow a ticket. Each business runs its own queues and decides whether online joining is available, what it displays and how it serves customers. Positions and estimated waits may change. A ticket does not guarantee an exact service time or that a business can serve you.
Your ticket and account
Provide accurate information when a business requires it. Keep ticket links and account credentials secure, and do not access or share another person's ticket without permission. Business staff must use their granted access only for legitimate work.
Fair use
Do not interfere with the service, access another person's information without permission, send false or abusive requests, or try to bypass security controls. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users and the service, subject to applicable law and any separate business agreement.
Businesses, listings and maps
Businesses are responsible for their services, staff and queue decisions. Please check important listing details directly with a business. External sites are run by their own operators. Some listings and search features use Google Maps Platform services. Your use of Google Maps features and content is subject to the Google Maps Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Availability
Technical issues or a business's decisions may affect a queue or notifications. Check your ticket and any instructions from the business rather than relying only on notifications. We may maintain, improve or change the service.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Business subscriptions and paid venues
These terms apply when your organisation uses QueueFinder’s business tools or subscribes to paid venues. You must have authority to act for the organisation and keep its account and billing information accurate. Paid services apply only where offered. A separately agreed written business agreement takes precedence where it expressly changes these terms, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Prices, taxes and monthly renewal
Your first venue is free. Each additional paid venue has a monthly base price. Review the selected venues, recurring price, currency and applicable tax before confirming checkout. The checkout page shows the final amount and currency to be charged; tax and currency presentation may depend on your billing details and checkout selection.
Your paid subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Its amount depends on the number of paid venues, applicable tax and the billing details shown for your subscription. A fallback or displayed currency does not determine your tax jurisdiction. Preparing a venue does not subscribe it or activate it.
Venue changes and cancellation
Adding paid venues can create a prorated charge for the rest of the current billing period. QueueFinder shows the charge for review before you confirm it. Payment confirmation, ownership verification and venue activation are separate requirements.
Removing paid venues through QueueFinder schedules their paid access to end at the displayed period-end date. Removing all paid venues schedules cancellation of the paid subscription. Your free venue remains separate. Scheduled removal does not automatically issue a refund or credit for unused time.
Use Change paid venues in Billing when available, or contact [email protected] for help. Managed Payments customers can also manage subscriptions through Link. Check the confirmed effective date and status after a change. Closing checkout, closing a browser or stopping use of a venue does not cancel a subscription.
If payment fails, follow the billing notice and update your payment details. Paid access may be restricted after the applicable paid period and any recorded grace period end. Check Billing for the relevant dates. A restriction does not by itself delete your organisation’s history or convert a paid venue into your free venue.
Payments, invoices and support
Paid subscriptions use Stripe Managed Payments and are presented as Sold through Link. The applicable Link payment terms also apply to the transaction. Link provides transaction-related support and sends payment documents. Use your payment email or Link account for transaction help. QueueFinder remains your contact for product, account and venue-setup questions.
Manage billing provides supported payment-method and invoice tools. Subscription changes are not enabled in QueueFinder’s restricted payment-method/invoice portal; use the supported change paths above. For product or billing questions, email [email protected].
Refund requests and your rights
Cancelling or removing a venue does not automatically refund an earlier charge. If you believe a payment is incorrect or a refund is due, contact [email protected] with your organisation name and invoice reference, or use Link transaction support. Do not email full payment-card details.
Requests are assessed subject to applicable law and the terms and policies governing the Managed Payments transaction. Link or Stripe may issue refunds in circumstances covered by those policies. Nothing in these terms limits a refund, guarantee or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Complaints and disputed charges
Contact support with the issue, relevant organisation or invoice reference and the resolution you seek. We will consider your information, explain our response and seek a practical resolution. Stripe handles Managed Payments payment disputes under its applicable processes; Link transaction support is also available.
You do not give up a lawful right to dispute a charge, complain to a regulator, or seek a remedy through a tribunal or court. Our billing records are not conclusive evidence that cannot be challenged. These terms do not impose an artificial deadline on a statutory claim.
Your organisation, staff and customer information
You are responsible for accurate business information, granting appropriate staff access, protecting credentials and removing access when it is no longer needed. Staff must use their authorised access only for legitimate work. Tell support promptly if you suspect account misuse.
Have a lawful basis for collecting and using customer information and provide any required notices. Request only information reasonably needed for your service. Do not use queue notes for unnecessary sensitive information or payment-card details. These responsibilities do not transfer QueueFinder’s own privacy, security or legal obligations to your business.
Do not access another organisation’s information, bypass access controls, submit unlawful or misleading content, disrupt the service or misuse notifications.
Hosted access and ownership
QueueFinder is a hosted service. Your organisation receives access to its applicable features and plan limits, not ownership of the software. QueueFinder and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding and service materials. Payment does not override venue verification, staff permissions or another organisation’s access boundaries.
You retain rights in information and content you supply. You authorise processing reasonably needed to provide, secure and support the service, maintain backups and meet legal requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy. This does not grant an unrestricted right to sell your customer information.
Availability, warranties and liability
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Queue positions and wait estimates can change. A ticket is not a guaranteed appointment or service time, and the venue remains responsible for its services and queue decisions. QueueFinder does not replace emergency services, clinical triage or a practice’s patient-record system.
Except for our express commitments, separately agreed written commitments and guarantees, rights and remedies that apply by law, QueueFinder is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not give additional promises of uninterrupted or error-free operation, delivery of every notification, or an unchanged queue position or wait estimate. Device settings, permissions, connectivity and third-party systems can affect delivery. Businesses should monitor their queues and maintain an appropriate alternative process during interruptions.
There is no separate uptime guarantee, service-credit scheme, dedicated support response time or entitlement to a future roadmap feature unless expressly agreed in writing. This does not override an express promise we make or excuse a failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made. Each party must take reasonable steps to limit avoidable loss. Responsibility is reduced to the extent the other party’s breach or wrongful conduct caused or contributed to the loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies liability, consumer guarantees or any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our service qualifications do not remove those rights.
Service changes, suspension and account closure
We may maintain and improve the service. For a material adverse change to paid features, limits or renewal prices, we will give reasonable advance notice before it applies and an opportunity to cancel the affected future subscription. Changes do not erase an already purchased paid period or override an applicable refund or remedy.
We may restrict affected access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach, unlawful use, a security threat or unpaid subscription charges. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Urgent protective action may be taken first where delay risks users, data or the service. Restrictions should be proportionate and reviewed when the issue is resolved.
Subscription cancellation, venue archiving, account closure and data deletion are different actions. Contact support about closing an account or requesting available records. Cancelling paid venues does not immediately erase financial records or backups; the retention practices in our Privacy Policy still apply.
Third-party services
Some features depend on payment, mapping, email, browser and infrastructure providers whose terms and privacy practices may also apply. A dependency does not automatically remove our responsibility for our own conduct or any right you have under applicable law.

Read our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle personal information. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
