  2. They request QueueFinder

    A request records customer interest. It doesn’t automatically notify your business; customers can share a message with you themselves.

  3. You claim your listing

    Find your business, create your account and set up Walk-in queues, Order collection, or both. Complete ownership verification before going live. Your first venue is free.

  4. They scan, step away and follow their turn

    Customers scan your venue QR, join the queue and stay nearby. Supported browser alerts help them know when to head back.
