This guide covers walk-in queues

Use these instructions for service queues. Order collection uses its own tickets, QR code and reports.

For owners, managers and staff.

  1. Open QR Codes for the correct venue.
  2. Choose the venue-wide code for queue choices, or the relevant queue-specific code.
  3. Adjust the available title and text options. Make it clear what customers are joining.
  4. Check Print preview, including the venue or queue name and instructions.
  5. Choose Print flyer and use your browser's print controls.
  6. Scan the printed code with a phone before displaying it. Confirm the destination and customer experience.

Example text

Walk-in haircuts — scan to join. Keep track of your ticket and return when called.

The text you type is only used for that print — it's not saved to your venue settings. Free flyers include QueueFinder branding. A printed QR code only works when your venue is verified and the queue is accepting customers. It won't override a closed or full queue.
