These reports cover tickets customers create by scanning your QR and entering their receipt number. They don't include every till order or measure sales, preparation time, or whether customers saw an alert.
Choose the venue and reporting period
- As an owner or manager, select the venue and open Collection reports.
- Choose Reporting period: 7 or 30 days with Basic analytics; Advanced adds 90 days and daily ticket totals.
- Use Refresh report to include later collections and status changes. Check the displayed period and venue timezone.
The period selects tickets by when customers created their tickets. Outcomes show the current state at report time, not all actions that happened during the period. A ticket created before the period is excluded even if it was collected within it.
Read the ticket statuses
| Outcome | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Waiting | The customer entered their receipt number; the ticket has not been marked Ready or finished. |
| Ready for collection | Marked Ready and still within the collection window. |
| Expired, not collected | The Ready window ended and staff have not recorded collection. |
| Collected | Staff recorded handover, including any collection after expiry. |
| Closed by staff | Staff closed tracking without recording collection. |
| Stopped tracking | The customer ended tracking while Waiting. |
Each ticket appears under one current status. Collected after expiry is already included in Collected; do not add it again. Closing a ticket does not make it Collected. Expired or Closed by staff is not a confirmed no-show.
Daily totals and CSV downloads
Advanced analytics shows Registrations by day using the venue timezone. The period may start or finish partway through a day. Totals use the date each ticket was created, rather than the date of sale or collection.
Select Download CSV for the latest report. It contains aggregate counts, reporting-period details and available daily totals—not receipt numbers or private ticket links. Later status changes can change a newly downloaded report.
Use the figures to improve the collection experience
Compare how many customers track their orders over time and review unresolved tickets with the team. Keep recording handover accurately. A customer who collected without the team pressing Collected can still appear as Ready or Expired, so check the order before drawing conclusions.
If a refresh fails, displayed totals are from the last successful refresh and CSV export is unavailable until refresh succeeds. Collection reports stay separate from Walk-in analytics at a venue using both modes.
