1. Scan and enter your receipt number
- Place your order and pay at the venue as usual. Keep your receipt.
- Scan the collection QR at that venue. Check that the business name is correct.
- Enter Order number exactly as printed, including any leading zeros, then select Track my order.
Your ticket appears on the team’s collection dashboard. This tracks an existing order; it does not place a new order. Keep the ticket open or return in the same browser. If you're already tracking an order at this venue, scanning the QR again will take you back to your existing ticket.
2. Turn on alerts and stay nearby.
- Select Enable alerts on your ticket and allow notifications when your browser asks.
- Check that the ticket shows alerts enabled. If they are off or unavailable, stay nearby and listen for your number.
- Spend time nearby while you wait. Follow the venue's instructions.
You'll get a ping when your order is ready. There's no countdown — the alert is the signal.
Alerts depend on browser permission, device settings and connectivity; an enabled alert is not a guarantee that a notification will arrive.
3. Return when your order is Ready
When staff mark your ticket Ready, you'll get an alert. Return to the collection counter and show your receipt.
Your ticket shows the collection deadline. If it says Expired, check with staff — they can still mark it Collected.
If another customer has the same receipt number
If two customers have the same receipt number, each ticket gets a letter (A, B) so staff can tell which order is yours. Show them your receipt and ticket.
Correct a number, stop tracking or track another order
- While Waiting, open Ticket options → Correct order number, enter the receipt number and select Save correction. If staff have already marked Ready, ask them to check the mistake.
- To end tracking while Waiting, choose Stop tracking in Ticket options and confirm. You will stop receiving collection alerts; arrange collection with staff as usual.
- After Collected, Tracking closed or Stopped tracking, select Track another order when available. Otherwise scan the current collection QR again. An Expired ticket still needs staff to resolve its collection.
Not getting alerts or can't find your ticket?
- Make sure you're in the same browser you used to track the order.
- If you lost your connection, reconnect and tap Refresh ticket.
- Still stuck? Ask staff at the counter — they can check your order.
Clearing browser data or switching browsers may close your ticket. If that happens, ask staff before scanning the QR again.
If the venue is closed or the QR code is no longer valid, ask staff for the current one. If you already have a ticket, it's still active. Don't share your ticket link with anyone.
