Follow the method shown on your verification screen.

These are alternatives — you only need to complete one.

Ownership verification confirms you're the person in charge of this venue. It's separate from verifying your account email.

Before you start: Confirm the business name and location match yours.

Business email verification

Use this if your verification screen asks you to verify your business email.

View instructions

If your email is eligible and matches the official business website’s domain, the screen shows Verify your business email.

  1. Choose Send verification code.
  2. Open the business email and find the six-digit code. The code expires in 10 minutes.
  3. Enter it in Six-digit verification code, then choose Verify and activate venue.
  4. If it has expired or you need another, use Send a new code and follow the screen’s instructions.

Verify control of the official website

Use this if your verification screen offers website verification.

View instructions

If website verification is offered, use a method that you or your website administrator can complete. The instructions are specific to your claim; copy the exact values shown.

Temporary file OR homepage meta tag

Use one of the website options offered for your claim. You do not need to add both the file and the meta tag.

Choose one website option

Temporary file

Choose Temporary file, then Create verification instructions. Create a plain text file with the exact content shown and publish it at the exact HTTPS address provided. Open that address to check the file is publicly reachable.

Homepage meta tag

Choose Homepage meta tag, then Create verification instructions. Add the exact tag inside the official homepage’s <head> and publish the change. Ask your website administrator for help if needed.

Return to QueueFinder and choose Check website and activate venue. Read the result. If the instructions have expired, use Generate new instructions and update your website with the new values.

Manual document review

Use these instructions if your claim is assigned to manual review, or you request it through an available option.

View instructions

If you cannot edit the official website, use Request manual document review where shown. Claims without an eligible electronic method may already be saved for manual verification.

The venue remains inactive while the claim is reviewed. An administrator may request company registration, incorporation or other ownership evidence. Follow the claim’s requested next steps. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or an immediate response.

Verification pending, expired, or failed

Sign in to return to the ownership-verification screen and check the claim status. If a code or website check fails, read the displayed error and correct the issue. If the whole verification attempt expires, use the screen’s fresh-attempt action. Don't create a second listing — it won't speed up verification.

If you started with email or website verification and requested manual review, choose Return to electronic verification if it's offered to go back to that method.

After ownership is verified

Once verified, you can access your dashboard. If this is an additional venue, complete any billing activation shown there before it goes live. Before opening to customers, check your queue is enabled and your hours are set.
