Use these instructions for service queues. Order collection uses its own tickets, QR code and reports.
For staff (Customers and Queue History) and owners/managers (Analytics & Reports).
Find a customer record
- Open Customers for the selected venue. Search or filter to find the correct record.
- Check the customer details and visits before making a permitted change to their details, tags or private notes.
If a customer joined without entering a name, their record may be limited. Check the ticket number if you need to match them to a visit.
Keep private notes professional and relevant.
Keep private notes appropriate to the business; use established clinical systems for medical records.
Review a past ticket
- Open Queue History, then filter by queue and date to locate the entry.
- Check the customer, queue and recorded outcome.
- If the customer returns, open their past entry and choose Requeue. They go to the end of the line. Active tickets can't be requeued.
Read Analytics & Reports
- Owners and managers can open Analytics & Reports for an authorised venue.
- Choose a 7, 30, or 90-day range.
- Choose All queues for the full venue view, or select a queue to focus on a service.
- Review joins, completions, cancellations, recorded no-shows, wait times and peak arrival times. Compare queues when deciding where the team may need support.
A cancellation records a joined customer leaving the queue. A no-show records a customer who missed their turn. These are separate outcomes. Venue reports do not count people who looked at a shop or listing and left without joining.
Put the figures to use
A salon compares manicure and pedicure demand, then checks peak arrival times before planning staffing. Reports inform the owner’s decision; they do not automatically allocate the team.
