Different services, different queues

A walk-in haircut and a quick styling service do not always need the same waiting list. Create separate service queues at your salon so customers join the service they need and staff can see who is waiting for it.

Keep capacity in step with the team

Set how long each service takes and how many stylists are working. Update the settings as your team’s availability changes. For example, you might reduce the capacity of a styling queue while a stylist is busy with another service.

Help customers return at the right time

Customers follow their browser ticket instead of repeatedly asking reception how much longer it will be. Enable the walk-in alerts that suit your workflow. If alerts are off, reception can call them as usual.

Keep the next action close at hand

Open a customer’s details from the dashboard to check their status, correct their name or phone number, call them or start their service. Complete the ticket when the service finishes. You can also deal with a missed turn without guessing whether the customer has been served.

See when customers leave the queue

Walk-in analytics show how many customers joined, how many cancelled and how many were recorded as no-shows. Cancellations and missed turns are separate outcomes. Review them alongside average waits and peak arrival times to see where your waiting process may need attention.

Use the numbers to see when you're short-staffed and where waits creep up. Plan for the peaks and give customers a reason to wait for your salon. The numbers show customers who joined. They don't show people who walked past.

Keep your team on the same page

Give staff their own accounts and access to the venue’s live dashboard. Everyone can see who is waiting, who has been called and which customers are being served, making it easier to share the work during busy periods.
