Barbers

Your Saturday queue, without the Saturday chaos.

Let customers get on with their day while they wait for a haircut.

A haircut without the whole wait in a chair

On a busy Saturday, customers can scan your venue QR code to join the haircut queue. If you allow online joining, they can find your shop on QueueFinder and join from nearby. Their browser ticket helps them follow their turn while they grab a coffee or run a quick errand.

Keep the next haircut moving

Your team sees the waiting customers on the Walk-in dashboard. Open a customer’s details to call them, start their service and complete it. Depending on your settings, customers who enable alerts can get a ‘head back’ alert, a ‘you’re next’ alert, and an alert when you call them.

Make the queue reflect your team

Set how long each cut takes and how many barbers are working. Review those settings when a barber starts or finishes a shift so the estimates reflect how you are working. If you offer separate walk-in services, give each one its own queue.

Take a break without losing the waiting list

Pausing service stops the queue from moving automatically. Closing joining stops new customers from joining. These are separate controls: you can pause for a break while still accepting joins, or close joining when you cannot take more customers.

See when customers leave the queue

Walk-in analytics show how many customers joined, how many cancelled and how many were recorded as no-shows. Cancellations and missed turns are separate outcomes. Review them alongside average waits and peak arrival times to see where your waiting process may need attention.

Use the numbers to see when you're short-staffed and where waits creep up. Plan for the peaks and give customers a reason to wait for your shop. The numbers show customers who joined. They don't show people who walked past.

Keep your team on the same page

Give staff their own accounts and access to the venue’s live dashboard. Everyone can see who is waiting, who has been called and which customers are being served, making it easier to share the work during busy periods.

Can customers join without downloading an app?

Yes. They open QueueFinder in their browser. Notifications require permission and a supported device.

Customers should stay nearby and check their ticket if alerts are unavailable.
